CONASYS Implements a Significant Enhancement to their Homeowner Portal

CONASYS, developers of a cloud-based platform designed to enhance homeowner care for home builders and real estate developers, are pleased to announce a significant product enhancement to their industry-leading platform. This new development will dramatically improve the functionality of their Service Request System and will allow for seamless two-way connectivity between builders and developers and their homeowners.

Earlier this year Vancouver-based CONASYS launched an all-new version of their homeowner portal, which was received to universal acclaim among both new and existing clients. Since then, several new product enhancements have been implemented and this latest release, a highly-anticipated revision of their Service Request System, will allow service requests to be managed from the pre-delivery inspection and throughout the warranty period.

Builders and developers on the other hand can now actively manage service requests, deficiency lists and work orders from creation to completion as well as monitor all communication between builders, trades and homeowners, and in doing so will dramatically improve their internal efficiencies.
