The Senior Executive Network (SEN), the leading membership organization based on peer networking and the sharing of information and best practices among middle market company executives, entered its 20th year of service today.

SEN members share ideas, solve specific problems and uncover best practices.

In the Senior Executive Network, executives are put into groups with a professional facilitator and 8-12 peer executives who have the same job responsibility, industry (but not direct competitors) and size. The groups meet several times a year in person to discuss the challenges they each face and to share benchmarks and best practices. The executives also have the opportunity to bring up a key issue they are dealing with and to get the advice and counsel of their peers. In addition to the in-person meetings, SEN facilitates one-on-one connections among members and the sharing of ideas and information among members and with outside experts and the membership via conferences, research, webinars and executive briefings. SEN also has a network of preferred solution providers to assist its members and provide targeted solutions to their needs.
