We just ship the Access Points to the customer and see them popping up in the cloud dashboard.

Tanaza, the first Wi-Fi Access Point cloud management SaaS for multi-vendor devices, introduced zero-touch configuration, allowing anyone who needs to remotely provision and manage devices to do it with extreme levels of efficiency.
Wi-Fi Access Points such as Alfa Network, TP-Link, Ubiquti and other vendors can now be empowered and get an upgraded feature set: 8 SSIDs, RADIUS support, splash pages support, VLAN tagging, real time status, email alerts. And today, also zero-touch configuration, meaning that Tanaza Powered APs from those brands can be sent to the customer premise, powered, and remotely added to the Tanaza Dashboard (cloud.tanaza.com) in order to do the first and following configurations.
Massimiliano Pacioni, founder of WiFiProject (http://www.wifiproject.com), a leading Managed Solutions Provider specialized in Wi-Fi Retail solutions, stated: "The new zero-touch feature is amazing: we just make a box full of Tanaza Powered Access Points devices, ship it to the customer and then see the APs popping up in the interface. Before Tanaza, we couldn't be so efficient. Now we spend less time solving issues and more time getting customers."
Sebastiano Bertani, CEO of Tanaza, adds: "Zero-touch configuration is helping Wi-Fi Resellers and Managed Solutions providers such as WiFi Project to be as efficient as possible, especially when they have to manage networks where there are a lot of locations with a few access points in each one of them: going to each site to configure one unit would be too expensive, so one solution is to just ship the APs to the customer and perform every IT configuration from remote."
