Delivering Invoice Processing Cost Savings: BMS Direct Brings New Technologies to the East Coast

BMS Direct is bringing more recognition of their advanced technologies for invoice processing and utility billing by strengthening their influence and brand throughout the East Coast with a partnership with Virginia marketing firm, Prototype.

This is the largest marketing and advertising effort that BMS has ever embarked upon, says BMS president James LaPrade.

Marking their 40th year in business, BMS Direct is strengthening their influence and brand throughout the East Coast and ultimately bringing more recognition of their invoice processing and utility billing services.

Their first step is a newly formed partnership with Forest, Virginia-based Prototype, a marketing firm serving clients across multiple industries throughout the U.S.

“This is the largest marketing and advertising effort that BMS has ever embarked upon,” says BMS president James LaPrade. “Prototype has developed an extensive plan tailored to our needs and designed to increase our brand recognition and customer base throughout the East Coast.”

Prototype is developing two new videos that speak to BMS Directs’ 40 years of service and marketing solutions. These will be leveraged as television ads on BMS’ website and in social media marketing.

Prototype also will work with BMS Direct to launch two new product offerings—Petztrack and Billztrack. These online programs allow municipalities to track pet registration and upgrade to electronic billing for services, eliminating the paperwork of traditional bills and ultimately saving localities and taxpayers money.

In addition, BMS will ramp up its inbound marketing program with a customized package of Prototype’s CEO Services (Customer Engagement Online), including a robust social media campaign along with email marketing. “Online marketing is an essential tool in any successful lead generation campaign today,” says Catherine Varner, vice president of marketing and brand strategy for Prototype. “With this strategic approach to inbound marketing, BMS will ultimately become an industry leader within their online Petztrack and Billztrack software,” says Varner.
