“Working for Boost Software has given me the kind of leadership opportunities that I never thought I would have when I started here. . .how many people get to spearhead the opening of an international subsidiary company?

Boost Software is proud to honor the achievement of Mariusz Kilian in his outstanding work on the development of PC HealthBoost. At the company retreat in June, Kilian was presented an employee award with all of Boost team members present.

“Working for Boost Software has given me the kind of leadership opportunities that I never thought I would have when I started here as a single developer. I mean, how many people get to spearhead the opening of a subsidiary company, while gaining global presence? I’m very gratified to accept this award and value all of the trust that Amit and Peter [the company’s Co-founders] have placed in me.”

Kilian has made himself available to accommodate the schedule of a large team in Europe and America while keeping the current registry software updated—not to mention developing cutting-edge software for the future.

Kilian’s major contributions to Boost Software also include his five certifications in Microsoft proficiency, which helped tip the scales in favor of Gold Vendor status with the Microsoft Partnership Program.

The Microsoft Partnership Program recognizes that, for those looking to fix Outlook Express errors, clean up computer problems, or solve other common technology-related issues, PC Health Boost serves as an excellent solution. The registry cleaner's user-friendly interface has effectively set it apart from other systems known to speed up PC processes.

With PC Health Boost, users need not be tech experts to get the results they desire. This unique level of user friendliness is largely responsible for the system's high status in the Microsoft Partnership Program, as it represents a commitment to superior customer service. This trend is sure to continue with a newer and more robust version of PC Health Boost that is currently in the works that Boost Poland is currently developing.

PC Health Boost's excellent customer service derives, in part, from the fostering of a close and connected group of employees. To further build on employee satisfaction, the company recently hosted a company retreat at a New Hampshire getaway that included fun and challenging team building activities.

During the retreat, the Boost Software team was able to forge an even better sense of camaraderie, enjoying each other's company while eating Paleo meals, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.

Mariusz Kilian came away with a plaque in recognition of his efforts. The award given was clearly deserved in light of all that he has accomplished in his first quarter with Boost Software, and the role he played in PC Health Boost's recent accomplishments.
