Resnik Partners, the Denver-based talent management office of Career Partners International, is pleased to announce its acquisition by Dave Mullikin. Under the direction of Mullikin, Resnik Partners continues to expand and enhance its outplacement and leadership consulting services.

Led by Matt and Helen Resnik since its inception in 1983, Resnik Partners is a trusted advisor and partner for many corporations in Denver, especially those who desire to enhance their employment brand during restructures by providing career transition services for departing employees. Resnik Partners is also known for its executive coaching and innovative leadership development solutions that help companies build their talent pipelines while assisting high-potential employees and executives to achieve their aspirations.

Dave Mullikin, who possesses a strong and successful track record in the fields of career transition and leadership development in Denver and across much of the United States, acquired Resnik Partners to build upon the firm’s success.

The leadership change was approved on July 11th by Career Partners International at its annual summer meeting in Seattle, WA. In addition to the acquisition, Resnik Partners is excited to announce the promotion of Karen Frey to Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Sales. This promotion places a renewed emphasis on business development, expanded career transition programs, and leadership services. Frey recently completed a rebranding effort, including a new content rich website and improved delivery programs.
