The first webinar will take place on Wednesday, 4th September, at 3:30 London time and will address switching from Tier 1 Post-Study Work category to Tier 1 Entrepreneur.

Kadmos Consultants are starting a series of webinars for Tier 1 migrants in the UK.

The first webinar will address the rules for switching from Tier 1 Post-Study Work visa to Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.

The topics covered in the webinar will include analysis of the requirements to investment capital and NQF level of the proposed business. The lawyers will explain in what circumstances £50,000 capital requirement is applicable. The webinar will address third party funding options and additional requirements for entrepreneurial teams.

The lawyers from Kadmos Consultants will discuss the best approach to preparing a business plan and give tips on how to meet genuine entrepreneur test.

The webinar will also cover potential pitfalls after the grant of visa and circumstances in which the visa can be curtailed for non-compliance with the conditions attached to the grant of leave to remain.

Other topics will include requirements for visa extension and indefinite leave to remain.

The webinar will be run as an interactive session with opportunities to ask questions.
The event is scheduled for 30 minutes with 10 minute follow up question time and group discussion.

The fee is £24 per participant, or £12 per participant for bookings made before 28th August 2013.
