Smart Action Company announced the addition of three new senior sales executives, including a Senior Vice President of Sales, to augment its growing presence in the IVR space. SmartAction is revolutionizing the call center industry with its artificial intelligence hosted speech call automation solution, improving contact centers’ efficiency for medium to Fortune 500-sized companies throughout North America.

Mark Nuckols joins SmartAction as the Senior Vice President of Sales. He brings over 20 years of experience helping senior operations executives and service center leaders improve efficiency, manage costs, and improve revenue. Mark has held positions at several prominent companies in the customer service and call center space, including Oracle, Deloitte Consulting, Aspect Software, and Interactions.

He has held Sales VP positions at companies in the call center industry, including Interactions and CSS Corp. Fox has over 20 years of executive level sales experience, including a position at Eastman Kodak as a major account representative, where she managed a multi-million dollar territory.
