Krishagni Announces the Release of caTissue Plus v3.0 - Open Source Biobanking LIMS for Biorepository/Biospecimen Management

"At Krishagni, we are working closely with our clients like Washington University, University of New South Wales, University of Leicester, Johns Hopkins University, Singapore General Health, Thomas Jefferson University, University of Missouri, and so forth to enhance caTissue with new features, faster page loads, and user interface improvements," said Srikanth Adiga, CEO Krishagni Solutions.
This latest release contains major performance enhancements in the Advanced Query module wherein every query is guaranteed to complete in 5 seconds and at most 10 seconds. The User Interface of the Advanced Query module is also vastly improved to make it simple and user friendly. You can now organize your Queries in Folders and share the Folders with other users. In collaboration with University of New South Wales, Krishagni has also developed a HL7 based plugin for Aperio’s Imaging system. With this plugin any institute can integrate image based metadata of biospecimens, and link caTissue with the image repository to quickly view the images. Krishagni’s caTissue team has now started working on the caTissue Plus v4.0. Among other things, this version will expose REST based APIs for the biospecimen operations. This is a giant leap in the technical architecture of caTissue and will greatly enhance the usability of the caTissue API as well as system performance, durability, scalability, and ease of customization. The goal of v4.0 is to make sure that every biospecimen action is completed within 3-5 seconds.
