BOT International Honors Troy Youngnickel of Juniper Networks with PMO Manager Leadership Award
Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) August 01, 2013 -- "We are pleased to honor Troy Youngnickel of Juniper Networks with the BOT International PMO Manager Leadership Award," says Bernie Keh, President & CEO of BOT International. "The PMO Manager Leadership Award recognizes individuals that have not just excelled at implementing project management methodology and tools, but that have also excelled in the demonstration of business acumen and enterprise leadership in the development and execution of PMO strategies. The symbol of this award plaque consists of two triangles. A small triangle represents traditional technical project management as embodied by industry best practices. Though important in its own right, myopic focus on just technical project management is one of the leading causes of PMO misalignments and failures. The larger triangle represents an updated perspective on the need for PMOS to be business driven and it has technical project management, business acumen, and enterprise leadership at each of its three points. Mr. Youngnickel is an outstanding example of this updated perspective and serves as a role model for PMO management."
Accepting the honor is Troy Youngnickel, Project Director of Juniper Networks, “I truly appreciate this recognition and the honor goes not just to me but the whole team whose commitments and efforts have made our accomplishments to date measured, lasting, and noticeable to the PMO community, its “all in” and “upward” from here!.”
