DFX Sports & Fitness Rolls Out New Shooter Package & Ballistic Rod Recovery System, the GetterBack

The GetterBack is a fishing rod recovery device that is attached via Velcro to fishing poles or any other small item.
It is simply velcro’d to any item that weighs 10 pounds or less, and once it falls below 6 feet of water the GetterBack channels water through a check valve which then mixes with a non-toxic reactant and produces CO2 gas which activates a unique depth charge release.
The gas builds up to 60 PSI causing the float to pop off and ascend to the surface while unwinding the 10 lb. test line which makes it easy to grab the float and pull up a submersed item.

He is also known for competing in the second season of History Channel's marksmen competition Top Shot.
