GGG/AI entered into a lease for space on the 22nd floor, in Suite 2218. GGG/AI continues to work on many Super Storm/Hurricane Sandy claims, as a policyholder advocate measuring damages and assisting with claim negotiations for ABC Carpet & Home, AM Management, AREA Partners, The Durst Organization, Edge Funds/4 NY Plaza, Extell Development, Macklowe Properties, Pan Am Equities, Inc., Piers 92 & 94-Port Parties, Jack Resnick & Sons, South Street Seaport/Howard Hughes Corporation, Taconic, Tube Lite Company, Inc., and numerous others.
The historically significant Art Deco building at 275 Madison, at the southeast corner of Madison Avenue and East 40th Street, was completed in 1931, and is owned/managed by RFR Holding, LLC. Staci Goodman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented GGG/AI in their search for new office space.
