Hospice Services of Methodist ElderCare Welcomes La’Tasha Goodwin
Columbus, OH (PRWEB) August 02, 2013 -- Hospice Services at Methodist ElderCare, a division of Methodist ElderCare Services, is pleased to announce La’Tasha Goodwin, has accepted the position of Executive Director. In this role, she will be responsible for the management and day to day operation of the Hospice Service Division of Methodist ElderCare Service. The mission of Hospice Services at Methodist Elder Care is in providing hospice care to residents of the Ohio counties of Union, Delaware, Licking, Madison, Franklin, Fairfield, Pickaway and Fayette.
Hospice Services at Methodist ElderCare focuses on honoring individual beliefs and traditions and offers support and assistance with quality of life issues. Hospice is care that focuses on medical and personal comfort for individuals in the last months, weeks or days of life. Ms. Goodwin obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998 and her Master of Science Management in 2009. Ms. Goodwin has 15 years of experience in the long-term-care field, with a recent concentrated focus on Hospice care.
