FolderWave, Inc. announces investment funding from recognized business and education industry leaders James A. Champy and Susan E. Whitehead. The funding will be used to accelerate the growth of FolderWave’s unique set of 10 cloud-based solutions that provide education institutions with powerful yet easy to use processes for the new digital era in education.

FolderWave, Inc. announces today the first external investors in the company’s history: James A. Champy and Susan E. Whitehead.

Mr. Champy is co-author of "Reengineering the Corporation," a New York Times best-seller, and a leading authority on business reengineering, organizational change and corporate renewal. Mr. Champy is a trustee of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and former Chairman of Perot Systems Consulting. He is a life member of the MIT Corporation, serves on the Board of Overseers of the Boston College Law School, and is a Director of Analog Devices.

Ms. Whitehead is Vice Chairman of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, a world-renowned research institution dedicated to improving human health through basic biomedical research. An attorney active in community service organizations, she is a trustee of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a life member of the MIT Corporation, and has served as a Berklee College Trustee.
