Director of Compliance and Customer Service

AeroGo Inc. announces the promotion of Rick Ruelle to the position of Director of Compliance and Customer Service. In this newly created position Rick will serve as the focal point for customer service and for compliance and accreditation with ISO, CE, ASME and other institutions. In addition, Rick will be responsible for oversight of processes and procedures for the Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system.

“We are very fortunate that Rick is on our management team. In this position, he brings over 30 years of experience working quality initiatives and customer service,” stated John Massenburg, President. An industrial engineer, Rick joined AeroGo in 1980 as an inspector. By 1997 he was the Quality Manager charged with implementing ISO 9001. He then promoted to Director of Quality and Research and Development where he managed testing and quality control, receiving, and air caster design and test.
