Essex’s largest garden centre celebrates the world’s largest flower show.

We’ve been lucky enough to enjoy – as well as learn from – this year’s extraordinary show.

This summer, gardeners all over the globe flocked to the UK’s shores between 9th and 14th July to catch the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show – with Altons Garden Centre sharing in the excitement.

Known the world over for its exotic show gardens and stunning flower marquees, the show attracts over 300,000 visitors a year; and since its inception back in 1990 has become an outstanding success where to this day, remains a benchmark for first-class gardening.
