“My recommendation to both sellers and buyers is not to sit on the sidelines. Interest rates are low, but they won’t stay that way. Inventory is low, creating demand and increased prices. Where are the buyers coming from?
“Although the majority of buyers in Palm Beach County are from the US, we’re starting to see more attention coming from China, Russia and South America. The focus used to be solely on the Miami market, but foreign buyers are starting to discover the lifestyle of southern Palm Beach County and buying into it.”
Are we headed for another real estate bubble?
“I predict more strong growth in 2014, but people need to be aware of increasing prices and interest rates, plus outside factors like the stock market and government policies could have major impacts. I clearly see another 6 months of serious growth and counsel everyone to get in the game now and not miss their opportunity.”
