The Advocator Group, LLC, a nationwide advocacy organization for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), has appointed Phil Racicot as Chief Resolution Specialist. In this role, Racicot will draw on over 35 years of Social Security disability experience to drive optimal outcomes for complex and sensitive client situations.

Racicot began his career with the Social Security Administration in 1974, performing a number of different roles and, ultimately, serving as the Branch Chief of the Boston Disability Quality Branch. In 2009 and 2010, his team received the Social Security Administration’s National Office of Quality Performance Executive Recognition Team Award. He joined The Advocator Group in 2011 as the SSDI National Practice Leader, a role in which he provided guidance on the development of quality programs geared towards attaining favorable Social Security Disability awards.

As the Chief Resolution Specialist, Racicot is responsible for generating initiatives that support exceptional client service and retention, including leading a client-centric culture and driving the organization to work together for the optimum client experience. In addition, he will examine trends in data and client feedback to continuously strengthen The Advocator Group’s service model and its overall client award rates.

Racicot received his Bachelor’s degree in History from Merrimack College and holds a Master’s degree in Landscape Design from Radcliffe College.
