Food Safety Net Services (FSNS) is pleased to welcome Dr. Randal Garrett as VP of Operations.

John Bellinger, CEO, Food Safety Net Services (FSNS) said, “We are thrilled to add Dr. Garrett to our Operations team. He is uniquely qualified with 25 years of operations experience along with an excellent science background in food safety. Dr. Garrett gives FSNS additional leadership and experience in our operations and technical team.”

Dr. Garrett has an extensive background in managing a variety of food manufacturing operations as well as in food safety systems within the industry. Dr. Garrett received his B.S., M.S. and PhD degrees in Animal Science from Texas A&M University with primary focus on Meat Science and Muscle Biology. After completing his PhD, Dr. Garrett has worked 22 years in the meat industry with responsibilities ranging from manager of technical quality and research and development departments to management of operating meat plants here in the United States and in Uruguay. Most recently, Dr. Garrett served as Chief Operating Officer for FPL Food an integrated meat processing operation located in the Southeast. In his capacity at Food Safety Net Services, Dr. Garrett will serve as our Vice President of Operations.
