Cookout with The Henry Ford at Blues, Brews, & Evening Dining BBQ August 8, 2013
Dearborn, MI (PRWEB) August 02, 2013 -- Take a break from the dog days of summer at The Henry Ford’s Blues, Brews & Evening Dining BBQ on August 8, 2013. Taking place inside the Greenfield Village Pavilion, the evening features locally sourced food prepared by The Henry Ford’s award-winning culinary staff, refreshing Michigan beers and the great music. Tickets for this event are $65 per person.
Guests will have plenty of mouth-watering dishes to choose from during the night including passed BBQ pulled pork with slaw topping on Zingerman’s bread, smoked Michigan beef brisket prepared with our own Greenfield Village Rub at the carving station, BBQ Pork Ribs made with Faygo-infused BBQ sauce at the specialty station, grilled local lamb and Portobello skewers at the grill station and Gass farms mixed greens and grilled vegetable salad at the cold station. Don’t forget to save room for the house made short cakes complete with apple, blueberry and cherry compote and topped with whipped cream for dessert.
On tap for the evening, enjoy beers from Grand Rapids Michigan brewer, Founders Brewing Co. while listening to the sounds of local award-winning artists, The Front Street Blues Band. Two drink tickets are included with admission and a full cash bar is also available.
