An experienced professional in the real estate investment sector, Mr. Falls specializes in asset acquisitions and investment sales to high net worth investors. He comes to Bluerock with a strong record of success in the 1031 exchange, private placement and non-traded REIT sectors and with significant skill in the capital raising process.
In keeping with his responsibilities, Mr. Falls will be supporting registered representatives and financial advisors with high-touch assistance, education and research initiatives related to Bluerock’s investment programs. His territory includes Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky and Ohio.

Prior to joining Bluerock, Mr. Falls was the Vice President of commercial real estate at two global real estate auction leaders, specializing in the sale of large, high profile commercial and residential real estate. He has successfully brought to sale or auction more than $500 million in real estate assets and has been instrumental in raising more than $1 billion in equity and $2.3 billion in total capital for numerous real estate transactions.
Mr. Falls currently holds a FINRA Series 7 and received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University.
