LegaLees Corporation Announces Asset Protection and Tax Attorney Lee Phillips to Speak at St Louis, MO, Conference
St Louis, MO (PRWEB) August 03, 2013 -- Asset protection and tax attorney Lee Phillips will be featured at Alan Cowgill’s “Where to Get the Money Boot Camp” in St Louis, MO. The event will be held August 8-11, 2013, at the Hilton St Louis Airport, 10330 Natural Bridge Road, St Louis, MO. This four day boot camp is designed to help people find money in today’s difficult economy.
In referring to the event, Mr. Phillips noted, “Once people have funding, building a portfolio of investment properties is easy. It is no secret that now is the time to buy real estate. Property values are down and interest rates are low. The problem is getting credit.”
Mr. Phillips notes that, “I am a natural fit for the boot camp as I will cover the importance of entity structuring in asset protection with an emphasis on trusts and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). My speech is designed to help people set up and use their own trusts and LLCs. These entities act as a safety net to protect the owners from lawsuits, bankruptcy and other tragedies that threaten a financial future.”
Mr. Phillips will discuss how to manage legal entities to get the full asset protection advantages. He will be addressing the group at 1:30 PM on Friday, August 9, 2013. The event is open to the public.
At the event, Mr. Cowgill will show how to borrow money with no down payment, no credit report and no points or pre-payment penalties. He says that, "investors can position themselves correctly so lenders will accept negotiated rules and terms. These are the secrets to cash flow management used by the “pros,” but all can use them." Mr. Cowgill also notes there are hidden pitfalls to credit lines – and hidden costs of buying properties with cash – that can be avoided with proper training.
Mr. Cowgill is the owner of Colby Properties, LLC, and President of Integrity Home Buyers, Inc. He is a full-time Real Estate Investor, investing in single family and small multi-family properties in Springfield, Ohio. He routinely uses Private Lenders, not banks, to fund his real estate purchases. By doing this, he has created his own private money “bank.” Mr. Cowgill has served as an elected official to the Board of Directors for the Clark County Property Management Association. He is an author, consultant and national speaker. He will be speaking on the topics of “Investing for the Beginning Investor” and “Finding Private Lenders.”
Attorney Phillips has spoken to thousands of audiences throughout the United States and Canada. He finds great satisfaction in helping people use the law correctly to obtain asset protection and reach new financial heights. He will include a number of tax saving strategies designed to save thousands each year.
Mr. Phillips is also a writer. He has written 11 books, including his latest, Protecting Your Financial Future, newly revised for the 2013 tax law changes. Over the years he has published hundreds of articles for real estate investors, small business and medical professional people, coaching them on the best way to use the law to safeguard their assets as well as increase their income. Mr. Phillips is a counselor to the US Supreme Court. This is a distinct honor because less than five percent of the nation’s attorneys hold this position.
