Chas Roberts Air Conditioning & Plumbing is offering summer deals to help homeowners upgrade home cooling systems.

It sure is hot outside, with temperatures regularly near the 110 degree mark. But it doesn't have to be hot inside the home, especially with the attractive financial incentives Chas Roberts is offering for air conditioning replacement.

For a limited time, Arizona homeowners can choose from one of the following deals when purchasing qualifying equipment:

•0% interest for 15 months
•8.9% financing
•Trade-in allowance of up to $1250 on qualified Trane equipment when swapping out an old system for a new one

These offers are redeemable through Chas Roberts Air Conditioning & Plumbing through August 31, 2013. Incentives good for owner-occupied residential homes only and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

On top of these incentives from Chas Roberts and Trane, the federal government is offering tax credits for installation of a more energy-efficient unit through the end of 2013. Arizona homeowners also may be able to take advantage of energy company rebates. APS residential customers who replace an existing heat pump or A/C system could be eligible for $270 in APS rebates and SRP customers are eligible to receive a rebate of up to $400 back for installing an energy-efficient A/C system.
