A committee chaired by Immigration Minister, Steven Harper, has introduced a set of changes designed to make it easier for employers to comply with UK immigration laws. These changes include reducing the number of documents needed to determine a foreign worker’s right to work in the UK as well as removing requirements that Tier 2 sponsors should check on non-EEA nationals every year.
