Maker’s Shoes Takes Part in the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Swim 2014
Miami, FL (PRWEB) August 06, 2013 -- Maker's Shoes, also known as “the most wanted shoe in Latin America,” recently took part in the swim segment of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. The exclusive event was primarily held at the Raleigh Hotel on Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, from July 18-22. The fashion show featured bold swimwear ranging from bikinis to monokinis and tunics. On the final day of the four day long extravaganza, Maker’s Shoes partnered with two luxury swimwear designers, Aquarella and Naila, to strut their new collection of trendy shoes on leggy fashion swimwear models.
The event was strictly invitation only and attracted the media, buyers, fashionistas, celebrities and Miami’s elite. In addition to shoes, accessories were also provided by Maker’s Shoes. Alexa Martinez is the head of the accessories department and wife of the CEO, Rodman Martinez.
“We were thrilled to partner with Aquarella and Naila. It was great to see our styles Yani 4 and 8, Sidney 3 and Danna 1 and 2 strut down the runway,” says Rodman Martinez, CEO of Maker’s Shoes.
“We provided shoes to Aquarella and shoes and accessories to Naila. We were so proud to see how our colorful spring/summer 2013 collection was really able to complement the swimwear models and their stylish ensembles,” says Gonzalo Martinez, Co-Founder of Maker’s Shoes.
