"This will allow us to provide more for local kids in need, especially after the recent flood we experienced at our facility” said Josh Tokoph, Director of Operations for Operation: KidEquip.
Farmington Hills, MI (PRWEB) August 06, 2013
The Storage Business Owners Alliance LLC (SBOA) (http://www.theSBOA.com), the premier buying group in the self storage industry, and Storage Pros Management LLC (http://www.thestorageprosonline.com) announced today a new partnership for a school supplies drive, in conjunction with Operation: Kid Equip of Michigan, benefiting under-privileged and low-income children of Metro Detroit.
For the month of August, the SBOA and Storage Pros-hosted school supplies drive will help the under-privileged, low-income youth in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties through the distribution channels of Operation: KidEquip. SBOA and Storage Pros friends, fans and tenants are urged to help these children in need by dropping off much needed school supplies at a local Storage Pros Self Storage "drop spot" or by donating through an online fundraising url (http://www.crowdrise.com/storageforacause).
"We are pleased to be working with the SBOA and Storage Pros Management on a much needed school supply drive. This will allow us to provide more for local kids in need, especially after the recent flood we experienced at our facility” said Josh Tokoph, Director of Operations for Operation: Kid Equip.

About the SBOA:
The SBOA was founded by Ian Burnstein and David M. Levenfeld, owners and operators of multiple self storage facilities, who realized an industry-wide need for small- to medium-sized owners to band together to better compete with the larger storage companies. The SBOA has grown to more than 2,500 member-facilities since its launch in February, 2010. SBOA flat-rate annual membership fee is just $99 per year per store. Membership is open to any facility owner or operation, and includes access to vendor deals that can lead to savings of thousands of dollars per facility per year.
