Proven, experienced, and results-oriented, John has been working in San Diego County as a Real Estate Agent and Broker since 1988, including 22 years as a REO Broker. John Costigan brings his connections with businesses and people within the community, as well as his creative marketing ideas and coaching abilities, to the Connect Realty team. He has sold over 800 properties cumulative, including more than 260 REO properties from 2008 until 2010. His achievements have resulted in numerous recognitions and awards. Some of his recognitions include: multiple awards for unit production; Chairman Circle Diamond and Platinum for four years straight; an excess of 100 transactions achieved a year; and, became one of the top 100 agents for Prudential National (PREA) for three years straight.
John decided to join Connect Realty for the opportunity to work for himself and build up other agents. As the new Regional Director of Southern California, John is working with lenders and other business entities to build relationships that will differentiate the San Diego office from other real estate companies in the area.
