Rio Rancho, New Mexico (PRWEB) August 06, 2013 -- Quality Sleep Solutions, Inc., the leading independent sleep center company in New Mexico, announced today that it has acquired Mesilla Valley Sleep Lab dba Rio Grande Sleep Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Overnight sleep study operations at the Las Cruces facility will continue under new management and medical directorship.

Dr.Gregory Charlton, Board Certified Sleep Specialist, will aid in the clinical transition to Quality Sleep Solutions. Rio Grande Sleep Center patients from closed operations in Rio Rancho and Los Lunas can contact Quality Sleep Solutions to continue care and obtain medical records next
week.

Quality Sleep Solutions (QSS) will continue to acquire rural area sleep centers in an attempt to roll up the fractured industry. The QSS business model allows physicians a simple and convenient way to treat sleep disorders like sleep apnea. Funding for the acquisition has been provided by New Mexico Bank & Trust under the direction of Ann Losee, Vice President of Business Development.
