to a 5 – 9 % jump in revenue.

Recently, a video went viral on the unsanitary practices taking place at Golden Corral restaurant in Florida. On July 8th, video taken from an employee's cell phone behind a Golden Corral restaurant showed uncooked meat sitting outside by the dumpsters while the restaurant was being inspected inside. The employee is quoted saying "Right now we're currently undergoing an inspection. I'm walking around the building; I just left the front door. I'm walking up to the dumpster. Apparently what my company likes to do to get ready for inspections is put their food by the dumpsters." In today's world small businesses need to be on top of their online reputation. They need a defense against that one angry employee or customer who could destroy their reputation with one video or one bad review.

I am now less worried about one bad review or a PR hiccup destroying my business because I have so many great 5 Star reviews."
