Working with thousands of the top dentists in the country as an oral appliance expert, David Gergen has taken his knowledge and changed the sleep industry forever. As President of Gergen's Orthodontic Lab, Pro Player Health Alliance and Executive Director of the Dental Division of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy, he is making big plans for 2014. While he has not released in full detail, he has mentioned a Larry Fitzgerlad/Roy Green Golf Tournament with the NFL HOPE program and recently visited with board members of the Department of Transportation in Washington.
July 11, 2013 marked the beginning to a new future for commercial truck drivers in America. Mr. Gergen and four additional experts presented new alternatives for keeping drivers safe at the wheel to the Department of Transportation in Washington, DC. Gergen's Orthodontic Lab is one of two labs in the country that are able to fabricate the Herbst appliance and bill Medicare.
By teaming up with NFL legends,Pro Player Health Alliance (PPHA) has taken a bold step in battling sleep apnea. Fans from every team can attend free public events hosted by PPHA and learn about the personal struggles of their football heroes as well as become educated about the deadly disorder. Also, newly added to the PPHA website, are personal sleep pages for NFL greats such as Tony Dorsett, Derek Kennard, Roy Green and Mark Walczak where temporary treatments for minor obstructive sleep apnea and home sleep tests can be ordered.. Also, the two greatest Arizona Cardinals WR of all time, Larry Fitzgerald and Roy Green, will be holding a golf tournament in Arizona the weekend of April 11, 2014. The tournament will feature some of sports' greatest athletes including the the two greatest Arizona Cardinals receivers of all time, Roy Green and Larry Fitzgerald. Roy has also asked his good friend Charles Barkely, who has confirmed attendance, to golf in the tournament.

About David Gergen
As President of Pro Player Health Alliance, he has been a nationally respected dental lab technician for over 25 years. He received the award for "The Finest Orthodontic Technician in the Country" given by Columbus Dental in 1986. He also has been appointed chair of the dental wing of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy, a national interdisciplinary academy dedicated to sleep training and education with over 60,000 members. He has worked for some of the pioneers in the orthodontic and sleep dentistry fields. One of his proudest achievements is receiving The National Leadership award for Arizona Small Businessman of the Year in 2004.
