Bonita Springs, FL (PRWEB) August 08, 2013 -- Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa was just named one of Florida’s Best Companies To Work For, appearing tenth on the list of large companies with 250 employees or more.
“We have a great understanding that happy employees build successful results and are critical to the operation. Employee satisfaction is a top priority and we treat our employees as part of the family,” says Joe Murgalo, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort’s General Manager.
Neil Swetz, Guest Services Manager at The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa was selected at random by Florida Trend to represent more than 500 staff members at the resort. He said, “…you greet employees as you would the guests. It all extends down from our leadership team and leadership committee. If we show it to our employees, it shows to our guests.”
"A happier staff is one that is engaged with the company, its products, and its objectives," says Florida Trend Publisher Andy Corty. "Those are the type of employees who carry the message out to clients and help the company grow. It's our pleasure to recognize those great companies and encourage others to join them in building Florida's competitive advantage."
