Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) Announces a New Community Membership Platform (CMP), as a Single Source for Advocacy, Education and Networking

Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE), releases its new Community Membership Platform (CMP) portal, as a single source for advocacy, education and networking. The platform was created with the assistance and consulting advice from IT Enabled Services Alliance (ITESA) to promote and enhance customer service practices for professionals providing voice, digital or social media.

This new community membership platform enables PACE members to be updated on the latest PACE events, industry trends, news and regulatory changes.

For the past several months, ITESA worked with PACE on designing and creating the new customer membership platform to enhance and promote industry best practices and get all association members and guests alike to login to the new CMP, beginning August 20th, and later on, to familiarize themselves with educational and engaging features PACE and ITESA prepared for them.

Among many features and options, the PACE CMP portal includes specially designed site modules and engines, personalized profiles - with loads of information available to tweak, edit, update and share - news stories, information on regulations and legislative procedures related to the engagement industry, individual blogs (for sharing interesting and engaging content), events (so members can register and get all the info related to specific PACE event) executive and thought leader blogs (for professional insight on the industry trends), forums (for engaging valuable discussions), file libraries (for sharing files and various content) and of course one-click approach to PACE’s famous SRO and Regulatory Services.
