Port Authority Selects Fieldpoint Service Applications to Streamline Their Project, Contract and Grant Management Processes

As stated in the Port Authority's 2012 annual report, they had $38.6M worth of completed capital projects and $35.3M in construction-in-progress projects. Project accountability was a key driver for this initiative. With several millions of Federal, State and Tax dollars being awarded, tight cost controls were required from the bid process to project delivery and on-going maintenance support.
Alert Software will unify the project management processes and aggregate job cost details throughout the project lifecycle. The project controls will comply with government auditing requirements for cost management and financial reporting. Alert Software will integrate to Microsoft Dynamics GP to provide a cohesive Project solution to the Port Authority.
