Participants who log into their Flexible Spending Accounts, Commuter Benefit Plans and other reimbursement plans administered by TRI-AD will find changes to the home page that make it even easier for them to find what they need quickly, as only information that applies to them is displayed. Each function of the site has been streamlined to be more intuitive as well as easier to navigate on tablet devices. Participants can also use the Benefits by TRI-AD mobile app to manage their accounts on their smartphones.
