Miramar projects have contributed to an overall residential sales pace that is 150 percent above levels of the previous year, Noe said.

Increased Miramar sunroom and patio roof sales so far this year have helped boost overall Venetian Builders, Inc., sales volume at a pace that is 150 percent above 2012 levels, President Chris Noe said today.

“Our sales volume so far this year in Miramar, which already had been a good market for us, exceeds our sales there for all of 2012 by 47 percent,” Noe said.

Miramar is a city in Broward County, which became the top income producer for Miami-based Venetian Builders last year. Venetian designs and installs sun rooms, patio covers and screen pool enclosures in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties, and in the Keys. Sales are up about 150 percent across the company’s service area this year, Noe said.

“Our sales leads have multiplied because of a 2013 marketing campaign that includes retail displays in 41 Home Depot stores,” Noe said. “Three of those stores – in Hollywood, Pembroke Pines and Davie – are within five miles of Miramar. They’ve helped to increase awareness of our services in the city.”

Venetian uses custom design capabilities on everything it builds, regardless of size or budget, Noe said. “Custom design capability helps us create a sunroom addition or screen enclosure to fit the customer’s needs, the style of the home it expands and the type of neighborhood where it will be built,” Noe said. “We recognize that there’s no such thing as an ideal Miramar screen enclosure or solarium. We design each project individually, so we can match the proportions of a single-story or two-story home, and even the existing exterior and interior look of the home.”

Venetian permitting experts reduce the time from design to construction because they are experienced at dealing with municipal officials and with homeowners associations, Noe added. “With aluminum framing, we’ll get a sunroom customer into new space sooner and at a lower cost than with traditional construction methods,” he said.

Venetian also now offers wooden as well as aluminum patio roofs, aluminum pergolas and lattice, and retractable awnings for patio covers, Noe said.
Estimates are free, written and detailed. Free in-home consultations include a curbside visit from the Venetian Builders mobile showroom.

“Like our retail displays the mobile showrooms are made from real building materials to show how framing, roofing, screen, windows, doors, and wall, ceiling and flooring finishes work together,” Noe said. For more information call 866-596-2427.
