Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Discuss Compliance with New York State’s New Executive Compensation and Administrative Expense Restrictions
NEW YORK (PRWEB) August 06, 2013 -- Attorneys Harold N. Iselin and Joshua L. Oppenheimer from the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, recently spoke on the topic of compliance with New York State’s new executive compensation and administrative expense restrictions. Iselin and Oppenheimer were joined by CPA Allan M. Blum of Loeb & Troper as part of a New York State Executive Compensation Breakfast Seminar which was held in Greenberg Traurig’s New York City office.
Iselin and Oppenheimer provided analysis on Executive Order 38 and provided information to entities that receive New York State funds to help them determine whether they are affected by the recently adopted regulations. Iselin serves as co-chair of the firm’s Global Insurance Regulatory & Transactions practice and Managing Shareholder for the firm’s Albany office.
