Hilton Head Health (H3) is widely-known for recruiting the most talented health and fitness professionals from around the country. The most recent addition, Danielle Dunn, is no exception. A graduate of Ball State University, Danielle holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science as well as a master's in Business Administration. A former intern at H3, Danielle most recently led the fitness program at the Loyola Center for Fitness in Chicago. Her extensive background in personal training and group instruction promises to take the already-successful H3 fitness department to an even higher level.

As H3’s Fitness Director, Danielle will be responsible for all group fitness classes and personal training programs. In addition, she will facilitate research-based lectures focused on multiple facets of fitness. “Danielle’s Advanced Health Fitness Specialist Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and her business knowledge will help accelerate H3’s growth as the top fitness destination in the world,” says Jessica Brantley, H3 General Manager.

“Health is best approached holistically, encompassing physical, emotional, psychological, and mental demands. Each piece of the puzzle is equally important in improving overall health,” says Dunn of her philosophy.
