Following a comprehensive audit of administrative documentation, medical techniques, and facilities, the National Accreditation Alliance of Medical Transport Applications (NAAMTA) is awarding REVA (http://www.flyreva.com) full medical transport accreditation. As a result, REVA is now considered a NAAMTA Alliance Member, and thus privy to the benefits associated.
NAAMTA’s Alliance Members are held in high esteem for meeting stringent requirements that define and influence transport operational excellence. REVA not only demonstrated compliance, but excelled in identifying best practice procedures and instilling these values in each employee. NAAMTA found their compliance to be evident through employee interviews, on-site evaluations, and process reviews, all of which were conducted using ISO 9001:2008 auditing techniques.
NAAMTA acquired the prestigious International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification within two years of operation. This certification equates to third-party oversight in NAAMTA’s processes, reflecting the company’s drive to provide a quality accreditation program and audit each medical transport organization equally and fairly.
