On Aug. 15 at 1 p.m. EDT, Loyalty 360 will host a webinar titled, “Rewards in Interesting Times” which will be presented by MasterCard.

The featured webinar speakers will be Bob Grothe, Vice President of Strategy and Nicole Klein, Vice President & Senior Business Leader of Rewards and Offers, MasterCard.

Grothe provides strategic direction for the development and enhancement of customized loyalty solutions. He regularly consults with clients to analyze their marketplace, identify their best customers, and design solutions that will drive current customers to be more loyal, increase spend volume, and maintain clients' customer base for an extended time period. He has performed extensive customer profiling and gap analysis to drive strategic recommendations for financial services clients. Grothe has worked with clients such as Wells Fargo, RBS, and Scotiabank.

Klein is responsible for leading a credible, sustainable, and profitable rewards business for a portfolio of relevant products and services in line with MasterCard’s Loyalty Solutions’ growth objectives at the regional level. Klein develops the regional strategy and leads a team that delivers on the strategy, building strong relationships to deliver world class rewards and loyalty value propositions driving brand preference for MasterCard and strengthening customer relationships, driving engagement while increasing revenue for the region.
