Customer Service Award Puts Software Developer in Good Company

2013 has been a great year for consumer software developer Boost Software. In the past six months, they have received a silver trophy in an international award competition, and have achieved Microsoft Partner: Gold status. How then did they win their recent Customer Service award?

Everyone at Boost has worked hard to make things happen. And our customer support team especially has done an outstanding job.

Microsoft Gold Partner Boost Software is no stranger to accolades. It recently earned Microsoft Partner: Gold Application Development status, and is also a Microsoft Gold Vendor. It recently earned a silver award in the Best in Biz 2013 International Awards (an honor shared by companies such as Dell Software and Epson).

Its most recent achievement, however, is a testament to the excellent support that Boost's customers—as well as Boost's affiliates—can count on: the Talk of the Town News Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction.

Talk of the Town surveys a variety of businesses every year. It judges businesses based on customer feedback from Facebook and other social media sites, business review websites, blogs, and customer review sites such as CNet, Tucows, and TrustPilot.

Talk of the Town was formed in 2008 in part because of the abuse the founders saw going on at certain other customer review websites. The site was formed as a corrective measure to counter-balance dishonest reviews. It only features businesses that it feels warrant a 4 or higher on its 5-star rating chart.

The media outlet ranked Boost Software at 4.5 stars, placing it within the top 10 percent of sites reviewed.
