Dr. Chris Lam, President and Founder of InVision Asia, is a very successful scholar and business entrepreneur in the arena of transformational learning.

“It is wonderful when you can find professionals who are aligned philosophically and able to complement each other in developing new ways for people to learn and grow in their lives,” says Barbara Fagan, President of Source Point Training.

"Dr. Chris Lam, President and Founder of InVision Asia, is a very successful scholar and business entrepreneur in the arena of transformational learning with a vision for the next stage of growth for his training business,” Fagan shares. Being a Master Coach with over 25 years of coaching businesses and executive teams, Fagan has also trained and certified professional performance coaches for the last 12 years. Source Point Training’s curriculum is approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) with 141 continuing coach education units (CCEs). It will be used in the newly launched Asia Coaching and Mentoring Academy headquartered in Hong Kong, China.

Last month, the Source Point Training team worked with Chris Lam and his executive team in Healdsburg, CA to develop a plan for introducing this curriculum in a way that will support InVision in being recognized as a premier training organization. There are not many recognized coach training and certification programs in China, and the model that has been developed will be very comprehensive; starting with the basics of understanding the distinctions of coaching, to coaching from an ontologically based model designed to increase personal self-awareness and improve performance results and goal attainment. Student coaches learn about themselves and how they see others and are provided with theory and models to be an effective coach.

Source Point Training also offers their coach certification training in Mexico City and the US. "I am excited at this stage of my career to see coaching being recognized internationally," says Fagan. "So many people around the world are taking on personal and professional coaching, and this is where having a masterful coach can make a difference in transforming the world and the way we relate to each other."

Source Point Training will be offering a webinar on August 13th at 6:00pm PDT to share more about the advancement of the coaching profession and the 4 drivers that are increasing the demand for professional coaches.
