Portsmouth, Hampshire (PRWEB UK) 12 August 2013 -- Radweb, a Portsmouth based IT company, is celebrating this month as they take on another two members of staff.
Managing Director, Steve Rad said: “As a local employer we really celebrate the fact that we can create new roles. It’s great for the area, and it’s a positive step forward for us as a company. Finding talented people to fill a position is a rewarding experience and we always want to do our part to strengthen the local economy.”
Joining the development team are Artur Salagean and Robb Lewis. With a background in web security Artur has become part of the project development team building eCommerce stores and bespoke websites, enabling Radweb to increase their output.
Robb, who studied at Portsmouth, will be working on the successful “InventoryBase” system and will be part of the team developing brand new in-house products with a view to building them faster.
Founded in 2007 by Steve Rad and James Taylor, Radweb has transitioned from web development to building scalable software service applications. Radweb has grown to a team of 8 talented individuals, mostly recruited from Portsmouth University, focusing on both cloud based software and Magento eCommerce development.
Steve added: “Moving forward with a larger team is really exciting, we’ve got loads planned for the second half of 2013, although lots of it is top secret! With the help of Artur, Robb and the rest of our fantastic team, we can’t wait to unveil some of the new software services we’re creating especially for the property market. Watch this space!”
