Transaction Represents the Highest-Priced Sale in Las Olas Since 2005

As the “yachting capitol of the world,” Fort Lauderdale’s real estate market is setting sale once again, with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty representing the seller of a Fort Lauderdale estate at 512 Seven Isles Drive, featuring 595 feet on the Intracoastal Waterway, for a record $12.25 million. The transaction, which closed today, is one of the top three home sales in Broward County in the last six years and the highest-priced sale in Las Olas in over eight years, according to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors.

The luxurious Mediterranean estate is situated on just over one acre, offering wide water views from every room with an expansive marble dock that makes this 19,000-square-foot home a yachters’ paradise. Complete with a main house with eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three half baths, the home is ideal for entertaining, with two pools and a spa, a billiard room and bar area. The property also features a guesthouse with five bedrooms and 5.5 baths, and an 11-car garage.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty associate Susan Rindley represented the seller in the transaction. A South Florida native, year-to-date she is ranked among the top five agents in Fort Lauderdale by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors, and has sold two of the top three sales in Broward County in the last six years. Rindley specializes in waterfront estates and luxury condominiums.
