We’re excited for this new opportunity to provide our ever-growing audience deeper content with an even higher ROI.
Provo, UT (PRWEB) August 09, 2013
Management consulting firm DecisionWise, Inc., announced this week its status as an approved provider compliant with the Human Resource Certification Institute’s (HRCI’s) body of knowledge and certification standards. As an approved provider, DecisionWise is authorized to provide instructional content that qualifies for HRCI recertification credit, applicable to the PHR, SPHR, and GPHR professional certifications.
PHR, SPHR, and GPHR designations are certifications earned by individuals in the human resources field. In order to receive these certifications, HR professionals must prove they have significant work experience in HR roles, as well as pass an extensive exam that assesses knowledge of HR theory, application, experience, and the HR body of knowledge. Once an HR professional receives certification, he or she must renew the certification at regular interviews in order to maintain HRCI and credentials. Renewal credits are made up of approved coursework, additional education, experience, significant projects, leadership and publication, among other thing. With its Approved Provider status from HRCI, DecisionWise is now authorized to provide content such as workshops, webinars, and training programs that HR professionals can use toward their certification credits.
DecisionWise has been providing regular, complimentary webinars on topics such as employee engagement, leadership coaching, 360-degree feedback, and organization development. When asked about the organization’s plans to provide new content as an HRCI Approved Provider, DecisionWise Director of Business Development, Charles Rogel, stated, “We’re excited for this new opportunity to provide our ever-growing audience deeper content with an even higher ROI. In the coming months, our audience can expect to see announcements for hour-long webinars on a variety of instructional topics that are pre-approved for HRCI credit.”
DecisionWise has also slated a 2013 release of workshops and training programs relating to employee engagement, leadership, coaching and feedback. Earlier today, DecisionWise announced a two-day workshop approved for 14 HRCI recertification hours. The workshop, titled 360-degree Feedback Coaching Training, will be held October 1 - 2 in Park City, Utah. Attendees will receive instruction from DecisionWise Director of Consulting Services, Dr. Paul Warner, and DecisionWise Executive Coach, Linda Linfield, culminating with professional certification as a DecisionWise 360-degree feedback coach. Priority registration for the event closes September 2, 2013.
