We looked in the market for a mobile procurement and expense management solution to fill out our MMS portfolio and GSG’s platform was clearly the best choice - Kevin Paolino, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stratix.

GSG, a provider of cloud-based applications for managing the enterprise telecom department, today announced that Stratix, a leading Managed Mobile Service (MMS) Provider to the enterprise, has chosen GSG’s MobileManager platform as a key component of its iTRAC360 Portal. With 30 years experience in delivering mobile solutions, Stratix is expanding its MMS portfolio by integrating GSG's MobileManager suite of applications into the iTRAC360 Portal. MobileManager will enhance iTRAC360 by adding recurring cost reduction to its existing asset management platform, and deliver end-to-end mobile lifecycle management.

"We looked in the market for a mobile procurement and expense management solution to fill out our MMS portfolio and it became obvious that GSG’s platform was clearly the best choice to help us integrate disparate telecom information, automate manual processes, and improve the overall customer experience,“ stated Kevin Paolino, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stratix. “The addition of GSG’s applications to Stratix MMS Portfolio delivers a unique and valuable service component and cost savings advantage to our Customers. The GSG application will fully integrate with iTrac360 to deliver a comprehensive suite of products and services, while delivering on our vision of providing customers a 'single pane of glass' into their telecom infrastructure."

Today's enterprise telecom departments are asked to manage an ever-growing and complex portfolio of services, assets, and processes. GSG is addressing this challenge by providing our partners with a portfolio of cloud-based applications specifically designed to integrate all data silos and orchestrate processes across vendors, services, and support organizations. Stratix is integrating GSG applications seamlessly with their iTRAC360 Portal and mobile services, resulting in the following key business benefits:

Automation of hundreds of complex management processes, so that administrators and service desks can manage mobility with ease.

Comprehensive expense management, coupled with vendor remediation services, ensures that service provider costs are optimized and overages/international roaming is minimized to the greatest extent possible.

Translation of various telecom-related inputs into meaningful and useful information, which can be used to enable more effective decision-making.

The flexibility to deploy any or all applications in order to meet their unique telecom initiatives, whether it’s inventory management, invoice management, cost reduction, or centralization and self-service for ordering.

"GSG is looking forward to working with Stratix to enable comprehensive management of the Mobile Lifecycle," says Andrew Goorno, Chief Executive Officer of GSG. "Our cloud applications tackle many of the mobility process challenges telecom departments have been struggling with, and we're excited to help Stratix fill this important need in the market.”
