Rick Otton Looks Forward to More Seminars This August after a Successful Event in Sydney
(PRWEB) August 09, 2013 -- Rick Otton, a respected Australian property coach, once again, hosted a successful live seminar about his real estate book How To Buy A House For A Dollar last 7 August, Wednesday, in Sydney.
76 delegates joined Mr. Otton in the Sydney Boulevard Hotel to learn about alternative real estate strategies on how to buy a property without any deposit or bank loan, and turning negatively geared properties into positive cash flow.
“The global economic downturn has greatly affected the way people go into property investment, that’s why I talk about creative solutions to tell people that there is an alternative solution for their property problems,” Mr. Otton said after the event.
Attendees of the free event were also treated to an interactive and hands-on lecture from Mr. Otton about how to become successful “transaction engineers,” and the benefits of pursuing a career in property investment.
“I also started out with no money when I was first developing these strategies in Dallas, Texas during the ‘Savings and Loans’ crisis, but despite the lack of funds I was able to buy and sell real estate with the help of creative thinking,” according to Mr. Otton.
“I want my students to go home from the event thinking that people could no longer use the old systems to solve new and complex problems, and that it’s about time to create new standards for property transactions,” he added.
Mr. Otton went on to say that “these strategies go above and beyond buying and selling property; it also helps people reap the benefits of a fulfilling occupation- whether it be to spend more time with friends and family or travel around the world.”
His creative real estate strategies are widely used worldwide by his students located in the United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. These strategies have also been featured in prominent media outlets in Australia.
The next stop for Rick Otton will be at the Four Points by Sheraton, Geelong on 17 August. He will also be having events in Brisbane, Townsville, Brighton Le Sands, Melbourne and Hobart throughout the month of August.
