Mr Walker said: "We received no notification and the first we knew of it was when the workmen turned up and said they were moving the boundary.”
Mr Kaveh, who ordered workmen to move the boundary and had erected a fence where he believes the boundary lies said: “We are working on our own land.”
Mr and Mrs Walker are appealing to the Land Registry to regain the land from Mr Kaveh.
