Birmingham Private Detectives give information regarding anti-social behaviour solution services in light of recent Telegraph report dated 9 August 2013: Top independent school ‘claims ownership of couple’s garden’

In these types of neighbourhood disputes it is very important to get as much information and evidence as possible as in my professional opinion it will keep you safe and on the right side of the law.

According to recent Telegraph report dated 9 August 2013: Top independent school ‘claims ownership of couple’s garden’, Mr and Mrs Walter were shocked to discover garden workmen tearing down hedges and flower-beds in their garden that they had tended for 25 years. Mr Hekmat Kaveh, who runs the next door Abbey College in Malvern, Worcestershire stunned the couple when he informed them of his intentions to develop land that he believed belonged to him into new –build houses. However the Walkers claim the original plans show the land belongs to them.

Mr Walker said: "We received no notification and the first we knew of it was when the workmen turned up and said they were moving the boundary.”

Mr Kaveh, who ordered workmen to move the boundary and had erected a fence where he believes the boundary lies said: “We are working on our own land.”

Mr and Mrs Walker are appealing to the Land Registry to regain the land from Mr Kaveh.

Birmingham Private Detectives are often approached to help with disputes such as the one in this report. Sometimes these disputes can get out of hand and the police and court system need to get involved. We can help by providing evidence of unsociable behaviour and by locating records and other relevant information that could prove land ownership. Covert static and mobile surveillance is a good way to gather evidence of wrong doing, abuse and a myriad of other situations.

Spokesperson from Birmingham Private Detectives, David King said:
