'ReachCorporate.com' Helps Make Consumer Lives a Little Bit Easier When Corporate Customer Service Is Needed
Ashland, OR (PRWEB) August 09, 2013 -- Big businesses spend hundreds of millions annually in managing call centers for customer service. Naturally these companies would prefer you call their support numbers and as such make it very difficult to find these numbers. Reach Corporate, a newly launched crowd sourced website exists solely to find these customer service numbers. In addition, consumers can find out just how to reach a live person quickest, or how to get the most success out of dealing with that particular company.
The site is crowd sourced or "wiki" like. Anyone who visits the site can edit the page and provide more information, make corrections, or add new companies. The site exists currently with no profit incentive and was created by owner Erick Recors after a frustrating experience trying to reach the customer service department for a large mortgage institution.
Erick was quoted as saying "These big corporations need to realize in this modern society we don't have the time to spend 20 minutes scouring their contact pages, FAQ's, and support tickets to get an answer to an urgent issue. We want to speak to real people and fast. I want this site to do more than just make a customer support number easy to find, I hope it helps people connect and share tips on dealing with these companies when a need is there."
