In 2010, Ms. Caston established herself as one of the true pioneers of video marketing for real estate. In order to drive her message home and engage viewers in the shortest amount of time, she developed a series of “tongue-in-cheek” videos to showcase homes in a unique way.

“Those videos are on YouTube,” said Ms. Caston. “You’ll find them all on her You Tube channel: US Home Tours. Some have received over 40,000 hits. They really took my daring nature to a whole new place. I even had to perform a few of my own stunts. But judging from the results, it was more than worth it.”

Beyond videos, Ms. Caston shares a highly-viewed and unique real estate Laguna Beach Real Estate Blog, offers a special Laguna Beach Picks of the Week, and actively comments on other real estate sites such as MSN, Yahoo, and the L.A. Times. All of this is geared toward keeping the buying and selling public well-informed.
