Garagiste Festival Adds New Event, "The Opening Round"; 64 Winemakers to Pour During Festival: Tickets Now On Sale
Paso Robles, CA (PRWEB) August 12, 2013 -- The Garagiste Festivals today announced "The Opening Round," a brand new tasting event joining the line-up of the 2013 Garagiste Festival in Paso Robles, which will be held from November 7th – 10th. Bringing the total number of garagiste* winemakers pouring hand-crafted, high quality wines during the festival to 64, "The Opening Round" showcases 15 outstanding artisan winemakers from across California. The event will be held at Atascadero’s Pavilion on the Lake on Friday, November 8th.
The Festival also announced two new Southern California “Taste of Garagiste” mini-tastings at The Petersen Automotive Museum and Sonoma Wine Garden in August, featuring winemakers who will be pouring at the November festival. "The garagiste movement is growing by leaps and bounds, and the interest in the festival is so high that we wanted to increase the number of top-notch and, in many cases, undiscovered winemakers pouring this year – but without sacrificing the signature intimacy of the Garagiste Festival experience. Featuring winemakers who are pouring at the November festival, "Taste of Garagiste" events introduce new audiences to garagiste winemakers, and offer a delicious preview of some of the fabulous wines that will be poured in November.
